Happy blogDay! My 5 recommendations
Happy blogDay! Here are my recommendations for blogday 2007 but before that, I want to thank all the great people that are celebrating blogday and all those good people that are helping the blogday idea revive every year and making it better and bigger every year.
I had a chat today with a Chinese blogger that thought that blogday should be different and had more activities and I explained him that blogday is just an idea that he and his fellow bloggers can take and develop and expand just like people from Peru and Cambodia did with their "real world" blogging events.
My 5 blogs recommendations are of blogs that write about stuff that I personally find interesting: Creativity, The human brain, Japan, entrepreneurship and design.
Core 77 Design blog: A blog about product and industrial design.
Neurophilosophy: Moheb Costandi blog about everything you need to know about the brain. Fascinating!
You already know this stuff: This is what Jodee is claiming in her smart creative blog.
Undercover in Japan: Japan has always fascinated me and it is great to see it from a foreigner eyes. Look at the funny video. Its hilarious!
TV in Japan: Also, a great blog featuring Bits and Bytes from Japanese TV shows.
My only disappointment from blogday this year is a technical one. I'm disappointed from Technorati.com that didn't supply search results for more than 5 (!!!) hours. I think that a search company that pulls the plug of for 5 hours 4-6 times in the last 3 weeks does not have the right to succeed. Imagine google doing this. Unbelievable! I guess next year we will ping some other service.
Anyway..Happy blogDay!

5 days to blogDay 2007
This is the 3rd time blogDay is happening and it's pretty exciting. Did you know that the majority of blog Readers read a very small number of top blogs? This is not social media, and blogday offers the chance for other bloggers to get discovered. I initiated the blogDay in 2005 with the belief that bloggers should have one day which will be dedicated to discover new blogs and expose them to the world. Celebrate blogday in August 31st. be a part of something big. Start discovering new blogs and bloggers.
